Hycosan is a preservative and phosphate free eye drop designed to relieve symptoms of dry eye. The eye’s surface is covered by a thin layer of tears, the tear film, which protects, nourishes and lubricates the eyes. Hycosan contains a natural occurring substance called Sodium Hyaluronate which replenishes the tearfilm, and at a concentration of 0.1% it offers effective relief for moderate dry eyes and contact lens irritation. Sodium hyaluronate is a very natural and long-acting ingredient which is actually present in many parts of our body, including the eyes.

Hycosan has a unique, patented, COMOD system which release one drop for every click in a pump action technique. Hycosan is phosphate and preservative free, meaning it is less likely to cause additional irritation and can be used by those who suffer from sensitive eyes. It is also compatible with ComplEye, the easy-to-use compliance aid.

Hycosan eye drops are suitable for adults and children of all age groups and can also be used during pregnanct and breast-feeding. They are safe to use with all types of contact lenses and you do not need to remove your lenses before application of the drops.
