Before opening a new bottle of Evolve® HA, please check the safety seal of the bottle is unbroken by checking the integrity of the six bridges between the tamper-evident ring and the cap.
1. Wash and dry your hands well before use.
2. Rotate the cap anticlockwise to break the seal.
3. Remove the cap.
4. Tilt your head back and look up.
5. Gently pull down the lower lid of the eye to form a small pocket between your eyelid and your eye.
6. Hold the bottle between your thumb and forefinger of your other hand above your eye.
7. Apply moderate pressure in the middle of the bottle to release one drop of Evolve® HA into the pocket. Please note that there may be a few seconds delay between squeezing and the drop coming out. Do not squeeze too hard.
8. Blink your eye a few times to spread the drop over the eye.
Once opened dispose within: 90 days
